There are three forms of love described in the Christian Greek scriptures - EROS, PHILIA AND AGAPE.
Joel 2:1 - "Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain; let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is at hand."
This is indeed is a message of awareness to the Church to remind us that the time of the return of the Lord is already at hand.
Judgment is a part and parcel of God's agenda for man; He had put everything in its course and had given man the opportunity to choose, most times man makes the wrong choice. The Bible tells us clearly about an impending judgment of events that will bring to an end God's dealing with this generation.
"So it was, as the multitude pressed about Him to hear the word of God. That He stood by the Lake of Gennesaret, an saw two boats standing by the lake; but the fishermen had gone from them and were washing their nets. Then He got into one of the boats, which was Simon's and asked him to put out a little from the land. And He sat down and taught the multitudes from the boat. When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, Launch out into the deep and lot down your net for a catch". (Luke 5:1-4).
When Jesus had this encounter with Simon, he was not yet an apostle and this was after an unfruitful labour throughout the night to catch fishes. Simon had no result, his toils were unproductive.
