A Great Door a Great Opposition

“For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.”

- (1 Corinthians 16:9)

EXPLORATION

Brethren, there is no true expansion that does not include risk. When God opens great doors, there are many adversaries to be cleared off.

We should not be ignorant of the fact that there are wicked strangers contending with our inheritance and breakthroughs as believers. To conquer we need to pray fervently and with great faith. At the edge of every breakthrough lies array of contending forces.

INSPIRATION

For every new level of achievement, there is always new opposition. We should note, therefore, as believers, that the presence of adversaries does not mean God has not opened the door. Actually, it may be confirmation that it is an opportunity since the enemy wants to dissuade us from proceeding on.

Brethren, we are not to turn away when there is obstruction at the door but continue to pray intently. If not, we may experience “destiny abortion.” So brethren, continue do not be discouraged and troubled. This is so because the door will lead to God’s greatness being manifested in your life and to your promotion which will make people astonished. It will be an extraordinary and uncommon promotion, so don’t quit. Revelation 3:7 announces to you, brethren that God is working on your behalf.

“And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth” – (Revelation 3:7)

This week: Is the Lord opening a new door of blessings and opportunity unto to you?  Are the adversaries rising up against you? We stand in prayer with you that this door will lead to greatness in your life. You will manifest. You will testify to the glory and goodness of God concerning these opportunities. Amen.

Here are things to do as you continue in your prayers through this period:

• Control your thoughts and imagination, be positive, and confess God's word. “Commit your way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.” – (Psalm 37:5)
• Wage war through prayer. “Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD” – (Psalm 118:19)
• Thank God through continual praise and thanksgiving.

Remember, the Bible says: “And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” – (Matthew 16:19)
