"Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee." - Hebrews 13:5
EXPLORATION
God, in HIS assurances, to us in time after time, makes known to, us, HIS Church – HE will never leave you, nor forsake you. Nevertheless, HE allows believers to go through situations that looks like if they have been forsaken by HIM. Sometimes these situations are overwhelming and many that cannot carry on, throw in the towel. While some stand like David and proclaim HIS word to keep them going. Saying:
"The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." - Psalm 23:1-4
They comfort their soul with final part of the verse:
“Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever." -Psalm 23:5-6
INSPIRATION
There is an assurance, and this assurance is TRUTH and the TRUTH is GOD. The Bible says:
"For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.” -2 Corinthians 1:20
God cherishes His word more than anything because HIS word is HIMSELF. The Bible makes us to know that HIS word will not return void. It will accomplish what which HE has spoken it concerning. Here is how Prophet Isaiah declared it:
"So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." - Isaiah 55:11
The word of God (Matthew 28:20) is fulfilled everyday of your life as you remain obedient to HIM; dwell in HIS love and HIS Spirit. The events of life or situations often continue going because we chose to remain in them. Why did we say this? Because God wants keep you and teach you to be able to handle the blessings that are ahead of you. HE wants to take you to the realm of HIS overflow and blessings, but you cannot handle them yet without HIM loosing yourself to the world. And this HE cannot do because is bound by HIS word not to leave you, nor forsake you. Hence to be lost to the world is to be forsaken.
Beloved! It is not how anointed you are! It is how matured you are in thy Spirit to handle the things of the Spirit. The overflow of HIS blessing required a matured mind and a matured Spirit. Remember God promised Joshua good success if He meditated day and night of the word of God. This is to achieve a mature mind to handle the things of the Spirit rightly. Believers nowadays are quick to ask for the blessings of God but few are ready to know HIM as GOD.
This is the way Moses the declared it:
"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." - Joshua 1:8
HIS word unto us is Yes and Amen! HE is faithful no matter what the situation may be. All you need is to be sensitive to this: “Is God in this situation with me?” Once you can know in your Spirit that the Father is in it with you, beloved, you are in good hands – just go ahead enjoy the situation and see that you find out the blessing you need to achieve in that situation. See that you come out with a matured mind and not a complaining mind because there is something in that situation that will launch you into the next level of miracles in life.
The Bible says: "And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of." - Genesis 28:15
“For the LORD will not forsake his people for his great name's sake: because it hath pleased the LORD to make you his people.” -1 Samuel 12:22
This week: Beloved of the Lord, we want to assure you that you are not forsaken! You are not forgotten! As you remain obedient unto HIM, you shall eat the good of the land. HIS word shall come to pass in your life as HE declared: “And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.”- Isaiah 42:16
Your trials shall be turned around to be your blessings! Amen!
Remember the Bible says: "For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.”-2 Corinthians 1:20-22
You are blessed, we love you!
