Success Scripture June 17, 2008

John 15:5-6

"I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned."

We hope you all had a blessed Father's day?

This week:

God has a word for you. If you always believe you can do it all yourself. Your understanding and your wisdom has become your God. You have indeed lack the quality of a Real Dad, or a Real Father, people while greeted you Happy Father's Day, but deep down inside you, you know you did not possess the quality before God.

This is what God expects from you:

• To remain connected to the vine that is connected to God through Christ Jesus our Lord.
• As a dad, your trust must be in the Lord. (Joshua 1:8, Joshua 24:15)
• When we remain in HIM as our (Vine), He will watch over our lives and all we committed in HIS care. (John 15:5-10).
• Knowing that HE is a Faithful God (1 Corinthians 1:9)
• The devil will always come with his arts, in suggestion, sometimes through our needs. (Resist the devil and he will flee. - James 4:7)
• What is the status of your Foundation? Upon which foundation did you build your family life? (1 Corinthians 3:11)
• Christ should be the foundation in which we build our lives and family.
• When situation comes like if the foundation is shaking, just look up to Jesus and seek more of HIS Presence, for in Him the foundation can not be destroyed. (2 Timothy 2:19).
• As a father, you should stand in your position as the spiritual head of the family. Many families have resulted in divorce because many fathers refuse to take their spiritual position. They do not make the time to bring their family before the Lord. - (Ephesians 5:23).

As you uphold these qualities this week, success becomes your potion, prosperity becomes your way life and your family becomes stronger in the Lord. The Favor of God and divine health becomes your heritage.

Go ahead this week and be blessed and be a blessing to others.
