You Shall Get There - Bliss & Fire Network Weekly Digest - February 11, 2014

“And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full. And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?” –Mark 4: 37-38 KJV.

EXPLORATION

There is a great difference between a Process and a Purpose. God cherishes HIS purpose for your life more than He does the Process. Because the Process is action that leads to a particular result or something, and most of the time the process may be rough and time consuming, but the outcome manifests the joy of accomplishment. Hence, Purpose is driven by the joy to fulfill, determination that change is achieved. God delivers us from every turbulence in the Process of life to accomplish the Purpose of life.

INSPIRATION

While some may wonder why Jesus was deeply asleep in the boat right on the sea even when the disciples felt they were in jeopardy—his focus was the destination (the Purpose for their journey) to the other side and not on the distractions by the strange wind (storm) in the way. As believers, our aim and mind should be focused on the Purpose of our living.

Where are you right now, and what is the current situation in your marriage, business, work place, finances…? What has the LORD told you? Does it seem as though hell has been loosed against you? Don't cast away your confidence in God’s promises. Think on it, meditate on it night and day, and keep believing God to bring it to past. He is faithful to whom He has promised, He will also do it. (Hebrews 10:23) (1 Thessalonians 5:24)

This week: Press forward with all your strength, doing all which encourages the dream and the vision, until you begin to take delivery of the realities. Cross check the information that comes your way with revelations from the Spirit. Be sure you have heard from the Lord.

Remember the Bible says, "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)" -Hebrews 10:23
