Dr. Brassfield has pastored, served as Vice President of Central Christian University in Blytheville, Arkansas, and was President of Carolina Christian College and Seminary in North Augusta, South Carolina.He currently leads Destiny Ministries, an apostolic ministry committed to church planting and developing Christian ministry globally, and Destiny Leadership Institute, focusing on training, coaching, and motivating leaders in five-fold ministry.As a seminar and conference speaker, Phil addresses relevant issues confronting leaders in both the religious and secular arenas.He has been a PromiseKeeper speaker as well as ministering in many of America’s fastest-growing churches.
