God In Our Time!

"But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light; Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy." - 1 Peter 2:9-10 (KJV)

EXPLORATION

We are quick in declaring this awesome proclamation "A Chosen Generation, A Royal Priesthood, An Holy Nation, A Peculiar People" but many did not quality for this proclamation based on their relationship with GOD. There is nothing to show the word of God in their life. They go to church; they live as Christians, but never manifest Christ LIFE. They are just like the unbeliever.

Know this! The generations that love God, stand for God, obey God and live the LIFE of Christ Jesus are the "Chosen Generation". They are the people quickened in doing the things of God. They make the Father happy because they attend to the things of the Spirit of God. Our prayer is that God in HIS infinite mercy will open the eye of the hearts of this generation. Amen!

INSPIRATION

The generation that walks in the WORD, in the LIGHT and manifests in HIS LIFE:
God is always ready to take HIS people to a new level in their life.

The Bible says: "Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ." -1 Peter 2:5 (KJV)

"Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. These things I command you, that ye love one another." -John 15:16-17

Until we see ourselves as God sees us; as holy priesthood, as a lively stones that built up a spiritual house. Not as dead stones, but as someone chosen and ordained by God, as someone that possessed LIFE and LIFE abundantly. Hallelujah!

As we walk the WORD of GOD we become an epitome of the word of God. This is the generation that will give LIGHT to the world if we recognize God in our time, in our generation. There is an impact that you can make in this time of your life that will affect this generation. Many are living a local life while they refuse to recognize that the world is connected. What ever you do in your life or community, one way or the other affects this generation and this world. When we walk the WORD and live the LIGHT then we will manifest HIS LIFE.

The generation that obey HIM, Know HIM and Trust in HIM:

Obedience is the key! Beloved, to obey God is to love God. To love HIM, is to walk in HIS WILL. And to walk in HIS WILL is to Trust HIM. Oh my GOD! To Trust HIM is to know HIM and to know HIM is to love HIM. When we know HIM we will love HIM.
Our desire is to see this generation Trust in HIM, Love HIM and Obey HIM.

The Bible says: "For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father." -Ephesians 2:18. This access is for them that obey HIM. Remember the Bible says: "Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham." -Galatians 3:7 (KJV)

God In Our Time. If only this generation will stand for the Love of God in Christ Jesus they will ignite their world!

This week: Let us "Stand for the love of God" and walk in the WORD, live the LIGHT and manifest HIS LIFE in our generation. Then we can say we are "the chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people..." -1 Peter 2:9-10 (KJV)

Remember the Bible says: "Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance." -Psalm 33:12 (KJV)
