God Is Concerned About His Fruit In You

"I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit." - John 15:1-2

EXPLORATION

The world attention to miracle has always been the same. Miracles consume the attention of the people to the extent that many worship the signs and wonders they see and forget about the ONE that gave the miracle. God uses the vessels that are available to show HIS wonders in generations. Likewise Jesus said:

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." - Matthew 7:21-23

INSPIRATION

Where is thy Fruit? The very gifts of the Spirit we manifest will not save you nor grant you the right to enter into the kingdom of God! Unless we receive HIM and allow HIM to bear FRUIT in us.  The Bible tells us about the FRUIT of the SPIRIT. Here is what Paul says about the 9 FRUIT of the SPIRIT (singular not FRUITS), out of mystery of wisdom and understanding by the Holy Ghost: 

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." - Galatians 5:22-23

Beloved, this is the only evidence that you are rooted in the fullness of the Spirit of God in your life. This is what GOD HIMSELF as our Father desire to see in you, knowing that when you manifest HIS FRUIT then the Spirit richly dwell in you.

Thank God, I manifested the gifts of the Spirit to a great extent but this is not all that is expected of the Father in my life – but that the FRUIT of HIS HOLY SPIRIT be made manifested in my life. My desire is to allow the FRUIT to preach the gospel through me. 

Remember what Jesus tells the seventy: "Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven." - Luke 10:20

The manifestation of the FRUIT of the SPIRIT is very important in the lives of the believers in that through this God reveals HIMSELF to the world through your Spirit – has someone that has been tried, verified and qualified by the Holy Spirit.

Let’s examine the FRUIT:

• Love – God is love, is the sacrificial giving of oneself for the benefit of others without expecting a return or reward. (1 John 4:7-8, 1 John 4:16)
• Joy – this is the gladness of the heart, it’s by the Spirit in you. It is not happiness. Happiness externally driven by friends or things you like. (John 15:11)
• Peace – is the tranquility of the mind from worry, fear and the problems of this world. (Philippians 4:7)
• Longsuffering – Is patience with others and the things of God. (Many people lack this especial this “High-Tech” generation.)
• Gentleness – This is kindness, God wants us to be kind to everyone. (1 Thessalonians 2:6-8, 2 Timothy 2:24)
• Goodness – this is to be generous (Generosity is of the Lord).
• Faith – here is to depend on God. Trusting in HIM for who HE is as the author and the finisher of our faith/LIFE. Knowing that God is the only one that is able to do all things. (Hebrews 11:1)
• Meekness – Is courtesy and consideration in one’s relations/relationship with others. It is gentleness.
• Temperance – this is self-control. It is the ability to harness and control one’s lust and passion. (Many believers, men and women of God that manifested different gifts of the Spirit still lack this. May God help us!)

God wants us to bear FRUIT, He wants to purge us that we might bear more FRUIT. He is glorified in our LIFE as we bear and manifest the Fruit of the Spirit. I am overwhelm with joy receiving the word Jesus declared: "If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples." - John 15:6-8

This week! As we celebrate “Thanksgiving”, let it be a time to appreciate God with HIS FRUIT that is in you. Presenting to HIM in thanksgiving the Fruit you have produced by the Spirit.

Remember the Bible says: 

"Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?" - Matthew 7:16 (FRUITS has plural because is not of the Spirit.)

"Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit." - Matthew 7:17-18 (singular not FRUITS.)
