In The Season Of God’s Favor

"And the king said again unto Esther on the second day at the banquet of wine, What is thy petition, queen Esther? and it shall be granted thee: and what is thy request? and it shall be performed, even to the half of the kingdom. Then Esther the queen answered and said, If I have found favour in thy sight, O king, and if it please the king, let my life be given me at my petition, and my people at my request:" - Esther 7:2-3

EXPLORATION

To favor means to give special regard to; to treat with goodwill; to show exceptional kindness to someone. And sometimes, it means to show an extra kindness in comparison in the way we treat others – that is, preferential treatment. We receive favor from the Lord as HE shown us kindness and treated us with a generosity and goodwill far beyond what would normally be expected. He treated us like priest and priesthood. Apostle Peter put it this way:

"But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;" - 1 Peter 2:9

INSPIRATION

When we are in the season of God’s favor, we sometimes don’t recognize it and so we walk in that season without maximizing the blessing and the benefit of been favored or highly favored. That is, we sometimes limit God and think maybe HE can’t give us all, or what we are expecting from the Lord is more than we deserve for HIM to do for us.

Esther understood that God is in control and that HE is doing something on her behalf, so she did not miss the opportunity given her by the king to “ask anything and it will be granted.”

When we have favor with God, we have favor with man, friends, neighbors, boss and the king of the land. God will always show us we are favored of HIM. I completely believe in God’s favor in HIS season in our lives, this is because I have experienced it personally time and time again. It is wonderful to be favored of God.

When you are in the season of God’s favor in your life, you begin to experience the following;

All things will fall in place for your good without spiritual stress. The Bible says: "And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti." -Esther 2:17

You will be divinely connected to your destiny, your destiny helper and to your purpose in life. David was an example: "And the LORD said unto Samuel, How long wilt thou mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel? fill thine horn with oil, and go, I will send thee to Jesse the Bethlehemite: for I have provided me a king among his sons." - 1 Samuel 16:1 (1 Samuel 16:11-13)

The manifestation of your prayers will becomes “Real-time” that is, instant manifestation and answer to prayer. It will be as if you can pray better than others – it’s all favor of God in your life.

The Anointing will be without stress over your life and ministry. (Act 16:27, Act 3:6-9)

Your burden, or problem, or situation that comes against you will be turn around unto Joy, Dancing and Blessings. The Bible says: "Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness." - Psalm 30:11

All things will work out for your favor and benefit. People will rise to support you. All attention will be on you, your family, and your ministry.

Finally, beloved! Your life will become a daily testimony. You will have an open heaven over your Life, Family, and Ministry.

This week: God is about to launch you into the season of HIS favor in your life and ministry, will you take a few minutes and call upon HIS Holy name? Use this opportunity to talk to HIM your GOD at this time of your life, tell HIM to take over your life; tell HIM I can’t do it without YOU LORD!  Go ahead talk to the LORD in prayer. The Bible says: "And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved" -Acts 2:21

"All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out." - John 6:37

Remember the Bible says: "And the child Samuel grew on, and was in favour both with the LORD, and also with men." - 1 Samuel 2:26 "And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man." - Luke 2:52 (KJV)
